Canonical has made a program for thoes who want to make apps for Ubuntu. Now
the site is here:
http://developer.ubuntu.com/
Also another thing is for the Ubuntu software center is that they should make a
Mobile section or area for the apps.
People say this has no chance this late in the game but they can if they are
smart about it.

I fully agree with this. Since Canonical is trying to compete with the other
companies, they should take as much as possible to make their company
successful. Also, I'd add that they should need to make more docs for
developers, and provide a simple tool to create the packages (currently it's
quite complicated).
