That would be an entirely different story. You started this thread asking for a mobile app just to report bugs. What you're now talking about is a launchpad app to pull in all the info of launchpad without the chrome for a more speedier experience. It should be doable if you ask me, but as far as I know there aren't any plans on creating said app. I'll won't stop you if you want to create one, but I think this would be more of a launchpad issue then a Ubuntu Mobile issue.
