I've begun work on a Google Reader client for Ubuntu phone.

It's currently implemented in C++/QML
It's very rough at the moment, and is missing lots of features.
Currently you can log into your account and see a list of feeds and
articles. You can view articles as well. The articles will not be marked
as read currently. There is also no offline caching - all data is wiped
when the app is restarted.
