This guarantees that common user don't have to pass through configuration. But, for 'power users' we provide a section in the configuration app to play with this, and even we can offer behavior based in the hour and/or the day of the week or even my gps location. For example, I want that my tablet request keyring for Google+ in the office hours/days/location, but in home I want it to be able to access without keyring. Following this guidelines I should be able to create profiles, like a 'work profile' and 'home profile', and even, if If you let me dream about it, I should be able to change the profile from notification bar, for that cases when in home time I'm out, for example with friends drinking at a bar I can change my setting quickly.
