B&Q has a section about 'how to' guides, for example: http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/templates/content_lookup.jsp?content=/content/knowledge/how_to/tile_your_walls/tile_your_walls.jsp. It's quite interesting that they use tabs to indicate the steps, so that users can easily glance what involved.
