Sorry, I just mentioned 'qt5-proper' by name, but exactly this one was made obsolete: https://launchpad.net/~canonical-qt5-edgers/+archive/qt5-proper (ppa:canonical-qt5-edgers/qt5-proper). I updated its description now as well to reflect that.
