This is new. Well, I don't have any direct fix for this, you need to dig around a little.
First thing, you should grep for that undeclared thing in you croot ( ubuntu_touch_porting/): $ grep -r "OVERSCAN_PERCENT" * (takes some time) If you can find the #define, than just write it's value there.
