Hello folks. I just purchased the new model of Nexus 7. I know there currently isn't any port to it, but I would like to help in any way I can. I think it would be a smashing platform considering the processing and memory capacity.

What can I do to help the process of porting Ubuntu Touch to this new device? I already have it unlocked and got so far as phablet-flash reporting it is an unsupported device. I have plenty of experience in installing custom ROMs on Android cell phones, though this is my first Android tablet. I also don't mind if it goes down for a few days because of a failed build (I have an iPad as my secondary tablet). Also, I'm pretty comfortable on the command line and have a few years experience in deveopment using Python and other languages. I use Ubuntu 13.04 for all my development at my day job.

Please let me know what I can do. I'm excited about this project =)
