I have grabbed it from the link, and tried to install it. But still no luck.
Below is the error message:
sudo dpkg -i android-emulator_20131120-0225-0ubuntu2_i386.deb
dpkg: error processing android-emulator_20131120-0225-0ubuntu2_i386.deb

Errors were encountered while processing:
android-emulator_20131120-0225-0ubuntu2_i386.deb
Is this deb file build for only amd64?
Also, I try apt-get install, but also no luck.

We had a few issues with the archive today, and the latest package
should be available soon.
Meanwhile you can grab it from
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/android/20131120-0225-0ubuntu2/+build/5248362
Cheers,
