First off, I can't thank you enough for getting this working on Nexus 7 2013
flo.
I am very impressed with Ubuntu Touch and have been craving a real alternative
to Android, iOS and the very crappy looking Windows 8.
I just installed it today and things seem to work pretty good for the most
part. I was even able to play an mp4 video I copied to it. I should mention
that I did installed the ROM via MultiROM, Do you think that would make any
difference in regards to the issues below?
Here are some of the issues I found when trying it out on Nexus 7 2013 (Flo):
1. Randomly froze requiring a reboot
2. Randomly rebooted tablet.
(For both 1&2 It seems to happen after a lot of usage and moving around from
app to app)
3. video issue:
a. Glictchy when swiping to other open apps(Horizontal lines through image
until other app is fully displayed)
b. Also does not display the thumbnail image correctly in Recent Apps.
c. Youtube videos would play sound, but not video.
4. Terminal issues:
a. Backspace and enter key not functioning.(Some times Backspace will work
to delete highlighted characters, but most of the time I have to use del from
Panels > Txt Ctrl Keys)
5. Music issues:
a. Unable to play mp3's, ogg's, wav's
6. Camera issues:
a. Video record does not work.
7. System Settings > Online Accounts issues:
a. Ubuntu One account signup: upon signing up for an account(Which I
already had), when typing on the in the top row of the keyboard, it would kick
me back to the Add account screen. It seemed to work ok after toggling the New
user/Existing User button.
b. Unable to add any of the other accounts listed other than Ubuntu One.
