After untold *minutes* of gruelling research, I have discovered that the only non-fictional animal that starts with U is Urial (it looks like a mountain goat or something, look it up). So, what adjective then? Unyielding? Unavoidable? Unwavering? Certainly not Unwieldy or Untested! Hmmm, maybe 'Un' words are too negative. What about Upbeat? Upgraded? I've got it!
