Are you adding accounts using ubuntu online accounts interface? Does not look like since it is trying to save password on gnome keyring. 1) Make sure that you have "syncevolution-provider-uoa" installed 2) Could you remove your .config/syncevoltuion directory 3) Try to remove and add account again using ubuntu online accounts on system settings.
