The click-reviewers-tools should only say that ubuntu-sdk-13.10 is deprecated.
From cr_lint.py:
deprecated_frameworks = ['ubuntu-sdk-13.10']
If it is claiming otherwise, can you contact me offline with an affected click
and I will adjust the tools?
