I hope someone can give me more informations about the following three bugs:
1. On the locked screen, it is possible to swipe the lounger and read
informations in the panel. It is not possible to start any app or
function, but in my opinion, a locked phone don't have to publish this

Yes, there are a number of indicator bugs that have been filed about SIM
PIN unlocking, and the white-screen issue is being worked on:

We've seen problems with 3G not being re-established properly coming out
of FlightMode, however this seems different than what you're describing.
I would suggest entering a network-manager bug for this last problem.
Please include the image # ( use system-image-cli -i for this ) in your
bug, and the exact steps to reproduce if you can narrow down one or more
scenarios that trigger the problem.
