No, because then the copy will fail when they're copied to the primary archive, which has ddebs disabled. We could either fix LP to strip ddebs from the copy when copying to an archive that doesn't support them, or we could fix ddeb-retriever to publish silo ddebs to a known-but-not-the-archive location. The latter might be a simpler workaround for now. ...
