these options should only be used in lab environments where
you disable the wizard completely (like we do in smoke testing)
we were recently discussing to even rip them out of the --help of
ubuntu-device-flash because they are not actually intended to be used by
normal endusers or developers who can (and should) actually
interactively run the wizard to guarantee the environment is properly
set up. these options were actually only added for automated lab testing
and should be used only there ...
