i pointed the bug at the right package (lxc-android-config) and attached
a potential quick fix to it that will wipe the app cache in all homedirs
after an OTA.
that surely needs to be written cleaner and needs to get some checks
etc, but it would be good if someone who hasn't OTAed to 166 yet could
put that proposed file in place before to see if the issue is fixed for
them.
