Hi everyone, We are close to having the necessary test results for our first vivid promotion. Dave from QA was performing sanity testing of image #39 - our current promotion candidate - on all of our supported platforms and soon will provide us with a full result. So far it seems all platforms besides manta are green so far (i.e. mako, krillin, flo, emulator).
For now we concentrate on image #39 even though we have more recent vivid images built. There seem to be some issues with MMS and multimedia playback in the latest images that are still being investigated. Since this can take a while, we decided to pick up a slightly earlier image instead. Once sanity testing passes for all platforms and QA gives a +1 on image promotion, we will most probably promote it to the devel channel. Expect this to happen pretty soon.
