We are shutting down the ci- services in preparation for the 1SS move. For more context please see '1SS Move/Expansion December 2014' emails in these mailing lists.
The actual move/expansion starts at 1300 UTC and we'll bring these services back up one by one when the move by the IS is complete. We will provide an update via email when the services become back to normal operation.
