Well, I guess I'll use the vivid APIs. Does this mean that 15.04 for devices
has the 1.2 version of Ubuntu.Components (ie can I import Ubuntu.Components
1.2, because you said it *will* be available, so that's why I am asking).

As this comes for Vivid, unfortunately it won't be available for earlier
versions.

Hello!
Thank you very much for the explanation, although it was written on the UCS
that something similar will be coming to vivid. But what if I need to support
other versions?

Bogdan,
There is a new ListItem component under development, will be available by
important Ubuntu.Components 1.2, which will support custom action
configurations on both leading and trailing side of the ListItem. Beside, it'll
have support for selecting items, dragging (re-ordering of items in a ListView)
and expand/collapse support.
Unfortunately there's no published documentation yet, and only a subset of the
functionality had landed on Vivid, but you can check the documentation by
branching the toolkit and generating the documentation from the branch (make &&
make docs). If you download the Ubuntu UI Tookit Gallery from the App store,
you will see a section called "New list item(preview)" which demonstrates the
functionality available.
We were planning to send a letter announcing the ListItem when the majority of
the functionality is landed, but as it popped up, I thought it would be good to
let you guys know about the new component.

Hi!
I have just one more question: Is there any way to use this with
ListItems.Subtitled, because it seems to be capturing the mouse events and
swiping doesn't do anything (I also tried to isolate it in an additional Item,
but that didn't help).
Thanks

Hi Bogdan,
Take a look at the Ubuntu Component Store. There is the ListitemWithActions
used in the some Core App (e.g. clock-app)
Link:
http://ubuntu-component-store.readthedocs.org/en/latest/_components/listitemwithactions.html
Cheers,

Stefano

Hello!
I was wondering whether there is any component in the SDK that offers a swipe
list item, like how some Ubuntu apps use it to delete an item, for example. If
that's just custom code, can anyone give me a particular link where I can find
a good (and simple) implementation of this.
Thanks
