Have you considered creating an unconfined click package and posting it
on this list? This would allow checking whether it's an issue with
apparmor. ;)

How are you trying to access the device? Maybe it's only available

the Android side and does not have a generic Ubuntu driver?
Second, I don't believe we have a FM radio apparmor profile do we?
Which
would mean that even if the device was set up fine, your app
couldn't
access the device. That doesn't seem to be the case, though, I
can't see
any DENIED messages in the syslog.
