Looking at the website you linked, it looks like Ubuntu Desktop already runs on this board. If that is the case, and GPU drivers are properly supported, all you'd need to do is to "apt-get install unity8-desktop-session-mir" in order to install the touch ui (assuming you're running on at least Ubuntu 14.10 - preferably 15.04 as development moves on quite rapidly atm).
