Hello everyone, The OTA-3 that we planned preparing this week has been postponed to next week due to the nearing holidays. This will essentially give all developers a few additional days to land their critical fixes and get as many updates in as possible. We will probably close the gates around Friday/Monday and start testing on Tuesday next week.
We are still waiting for a connectivity-related fix for ubuntu-rtm. The other important fix, the ubuntu-push battery-life improvement, is already present in a silo. We might also get the new reminders and calculator ready in time. We would need everyone focusing on vivid instantly afterwards. The expected timeline for the vivid -> stable switch is in 2 weeks - until then we need to get at lease mako and krillin into similar shape as on 14.09. We made some analysis of the packaging delta between vivid and 14.09 and it seems that almost all fixes have been synced back to the main development series. Which is good, meaning not much additional work will be needed to not lose any important fixes.
