Hello everyone, All of the landing team is now back from the holiday break and ready for action - we are all actively working on preparing the OTA-3 this week. The timeline is: tomorrow we build the promotion candidate, QA tests it during the whole week and hand it over to BQ around Thursday/Friday. After they give us green light on publication we will release the OTA-3 to our users next week, most likely around Monday/Tuesday.
This is essentially the last OTA planned from the ubuntu-rtm/14.09 series. All the next stable releases are planned to be made from our future vivid RTM branch-off. With the final freeze being already next week we are also planning on doing the vivid -> RTM switch soon. There is still no definite date as there are still discussions on the right timing, but we expect all the magic to happen somewhere around next week. Also, once QA has some free cycles, we will also promote a new devel image from vivid.
