Actually, its not restricted to Ubuntu Bug Control, there is a different group (comprised of people who have signed a form[1] and some Canonical employees) that can view individual crash reports and their respective buckets. Additionally, when bug reports are opened by the Error Tracker they are public as they do not contain any sensitive information. [1] https://forms.canonical.com/reports/ -- Brian Murray
