Please file a bug using $ apport-cli ofono or via https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ofono/+filebug/ Include the output of $ system-image-cli -i $ /usr/share/ofono/scripts/list-modems You might want to sanitize output from list-modems for sensitive data (phone numbers etc.).
