Hello everyone, RC testing continues. QA found a few issues in the current candidate which required landing some fixes and re-spinning an image. The QA team do delta testing (re-run some of the tests) soon, and we expect to have some solid results around tomorrow. We remind everyone that since Friday is a holiday in many countries, both the LT and QA teams might not be available in full capacity - so many things will be delayed till next week. Also remember that there will be no upgrade resulting from this testing. It's only an assessment for now as there are still some blocking issues we need to resolve before the formal OTA4 planned in the nearest time.
From other news: the spreadsheet replacement work moves on nicely with Robert implementing more and more every day. The current state looks very promising so far! It looks like the new, proper tool might be available for production usage in the nearest month. Fingers crossed, would be awesome to finally let go of the spreadsheet. Also, I slightly modified the commitlog generation script and now each image commitlog contains the changelog contents for all packages released through the train.
