Hi,
If you disable reports to Canonical, they enable by their own again;
reproduce:
1. enable in battery 1 minute to suspend
2. goto the report enable page
3. un-mark sending reports and stay in page to await suspend after 1 minute
4. restart and unlock phone; sending is enabled already or will go green in
that moment,
