Webapps Team Status update for June 19

*Webapps*
- Scopes written in Javascript can now say Hello World ! Alex integrated
the work from Marcus, the v8-cpp library to bind basic types inside a
nodejs-based container
- We're still using a static lib made from nodejs at this stage, but looked
into how to surface more of the hooks required from nodejs
- Obligatory screenshot : Scopes in JS say Hello

registered at online accounts"

*Oxide & HTML5 Apps*
- Web notification branch reviewed
- Update push notification branch to use the permission API
- Oxide FS video support : add command line option to express support for
the external player - both Oxide and webplayer-app; added API to be able to
set headers into mediaplayer; added unit & integration tests for the feature
- There is an ongoing discussion on the scope of the FS video playback API
that Oxide should expose, to comply with the API stability policy
