[Ubuntu-phone] Apps gone?

Hi, weird issue. After installing a test scope and app, all of the apps 
from my app scope are gone. Refreshing them doesn't work, installing a 
new app doesn't work, rebooting doesn't work, reflashing the channel 
doesn't work... I'd rather not erase all my data. Could someone please 
tell me how to reset the configuration manually so I get my apps back? 
Other scopes work fine, as does the apps in my launcher. Also, what's 
the manual command for uninstalling click packages?

I'm on rc-proposed 430, BQ Aquaris.
