Well those particular ones (amazon,ebay,7digital,TWC,reddit,openlibrary) can't be deleted because they're not actually on the device, so there's really nothing to delete. I do understand wanting to remove them from the manage scopes list, but I'm not sure of any way to do that. Any of the other ones that are actually installed on the device should be removable.
