Hello everyone, As per earlier announcement, today we released OTA-5 for all commercial devices. Community device/channel promotion is still in progress, but should be done in the nearest minutes.
Next OTA is planned in 6 week. Yes, 6 weeks, not 4 - the product team, basing on the experience from all the previous milestones, decided that a 4 week cadence usually not enough to keep the velocity of changes high enough in par with quality. All bugs that we were not able to fix for OTA-5 have now been re-assigned to the OTA-6 milestone [1]. There's a lot of time but also a lot of bugs targeted. Let's hope all goes well. For this milestone we'll also have properly working translations already, so there's no risk of the same issues we had this time. In the meantime, for the arale OTA-5 re-spin we had to disable rc-proposed builds. A new image build will be started in a moment and daily-builds re-enabled.
