How does it work? I added the 046 PPA: https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-service/+archive/ubuntu/landing-046/+packages?field.name_filter=&field.status_filter=published&field.series_filter=vivid
I installed the two packages indicator-network and ubuntu-system-settings and some more and started the device again. I followed the instructions with WLAN on (and off, too) but there is no menu entry for wifi hotspot. Channel rc-proposed.
