After doing an upgrade and installing xserver-xorg-core=2:1.17.1-0ubuntu3 again, I still don't get a desktop. The same thing happens with xserver-xort-core=2:1.17.2-1ubuntu0.1~overlay1.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can my desktop back? Thanks, Michi.
