Thanks for the clarification. Rebasing all stable phones on an half developed Ubuntu release seems quite scary from the outside. RTM was branched just a month before 14.10, so it was after feature freeze and during the bug fixing stage. This probably won't be the case with a 16.01 or 16.02 base.
