You didn't read --help properly. The correct command would be: $ sudo system-image-cli --switch ubuntu-touch/stable/meizu.en You can add -v or -vv to enable more verbose output from the command. > also tried ubuntu-device-flash touch --wipe --channel > ubuntu-touch/stable/meizu.en <-- a .tar.gz file seems to be on hold when > pushed to the device, 2.3 hours and still pushing..
