Maybe - but for the German wiki it's only really ready when it works
completely at Ubuntu - like Android or any other UMTS stick but UT doesn't.
Seems to work only on some people and others not.

Wrong! I said "the rest is done by scripting" which means the rest in
the Operating System of the PC / netbook / ... which is on the other end
of the USB cable, for example adjust routing or dhcclient or restart
sendmail to adjust to the new network; all of this is out of the scope of
the BQ software; the tethering itself works just fine and out of the
box.
