in the store because of authentication problems with your Ubuntu One, while
we fix that bug you might want to set your time to "automatic" (in the
clock settings). This should allow you to install new software as well as
updates.

Some people were having trouble too to create a new account from the phone
due to "network errors" even if they were connected; for those you can also
try this workaround.
