Hey Mikel! First of all, it's as Jean-Baptiste said - it's a known issue on all devel-proposed images, not only flo.
Second: we generally never ever encourage using any of our -proposed channels for other than system development purposes - especially devel-proposed, as sadly that channel gets the least quality-attention right now (which we hope to change ASAP). That being said, we do support flo in our stable channel. Even though the name 'stable' might be discouraging for tech-savvy people, it's actually updated with all the latest of the latest every 6-weeks. So if you want to track the latest development and be sure your device 'just works', we recommend using the ubuntu-touch/stable/ubuntu channel (for flo).
