That looks like a hardware problem to me - I'd suggest you contact the
dealer about the warranty.
We have some screen tests under development but at this point it looks
like it would be hard even to install/run them :/

I am also facing the same problem, I even resetted the phone to factory
settings but to no avail.
I requested MEIZU India to help on the issue but they expressed their
helplessness.
I even mailed Meizu twice about providing warranty but there is no
response from them.
Please advise
