Hi, We have released a newly written Twitter scope (twitter.canonicalpartners 2.2) that's preinstalled in OTA-8 with Today aggregator integration, and released a minor bug fixing version 2.4 update through store simultaneously, that's probably why you're seeing that scope twice.
