Hi Ashwin, Could you share the following two files from the device:
/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/media-hub.log /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/application-click-com.ubuntu.music_music_*.log You shouldn't need any additional codecs. How old is the image on your device?
