One idea might be to install it in an lxc container. I've been
investigating this approach, but can't seem to get lxc containers working
properly in Ubuntu, the container doesn't get an IP address.

Hello,
I managed to force the Ubuntu SDK to install on Debian. It was not
straight forward, because there are some real dependencies what are not
easy to satisfy.
But technically, if you can install the ubuntu-sdk-ide, ubuntu-sdk-dev
packages and the click tools then you should be able to do pretty much
all what you could do on Ubuntu.
Please share your experiences after you tried on Arch

Hello everyone,
I'm gonna have my first attempt at writing some app for Ubuntu touch
soon. My question is: I'm using Arch on my computer now (shame on me,
I know, but it's for learning purposes) and I was wondering if anyone
knows here about any ways or any documentation to make the Ubuntu SDK
running natively instead of in a VirtualBox.
Cheers,
Ashwin
