Hello everyone! Another busy week is starting. As a reminder: this week is Final Freeze week - meaning on Friday EOD we prepare our first OTA-10 candidate image with regression testing starting next week. We'll see how long the testing itself will take as we're having more devices to test this time.
In the meantime, today we had: a new ubuntu-download-manager (improved error-handling, log file cleanup), unity8 + ubuntu-system-components (fixes for the UI colors after the UITK palette changes - finally!), new messaging-app and address-book-app (bugfixes, theme fixes) and a bugfix for the webbrowser-app. We also had a new custom tarball for arale/turbo landing today - still waiting for the rest before OTA-10. Today we also had a slight issue with our system-image importer, so the rc-proposed images got imported later than usually. All is good now so the next nightly images should appear at the usual hours. Note to developers: please remember about my last-weeks announcement about the obsolete framework deprecation - be sure to re-upload newer versions of your applications as soon as possible.
