This bug <http://pad.lv/1540490> (the first item of the Today, apps
scope etc. gets confused of its position) started appearing after the
OTA-9 update and it was supposed to be fixed with the unreleased OTA-9.5
update. Now even after OTA-10 update I have experienced this issue 3-4
times already (see the screenshots at comment #8

of the same bug report). A reader of softpedia news also reported seeing
this on their MX4 after OTA-10 (see comment by Dave here
