To clarify, switching to trio silos is *required* before publishing. Publishing an old dual silo will not work, as the xenial half will be treated as an SRU, which isn't what you want. xenial+vivid is considered deprecated and must all be switched to yakkety+xenial+vivid. Also there appears to be a small glitch where the auto-version-number magic isn't choosing a high enough version number for the uploads to be accepted to the PPA. This won't affect anybody but will affect xenial+vivid silos that were built during UTC today.
