OTA 11 had a major update to network manager and unfortunately it uncovered some new issues and some that were lurking. There is a regression per https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1579098 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1565717
The team is working on it.
