I have a very very old branch <https://code.launchpad.net/~arashbm/ubuntu-keyboard/persian-layout> for Persian layout. I'll try to make it work (or start from scratch) this weekend. I do need a free persian text to be used for autocomplete learning set. For example English keyboard uses text of "The Picture of Dorian Gray <https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~phablet-team/ubuntu-keyboard/trunk/view/head:/plugins/en/src/the_picture_of_dorian_gray.txt> ".
