At the moment, Ubuntu Touch lacks tooltips, which, I believe, is quite important for UX.
In the blog post
https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/blog/2015/06/08/sprinting-convergence/
there is a statement that the tooltips are planned for implementation and that “With a
touch interface a long press interaction is under investigation which would invoke a
tooltip on a component or action”.
The question is what is the current status of development of the tooltip feature in Touch
interface?
