While enabling alpha blending for the 2d acceleration for mir, I found I
needed to set the hwc_layer_1_t::planeAlpha field in order to get the
alpha blending working properly. (specifically, the hwc 1.2 devices were
giving me trouble). This field was introduced in android-4.3, so its not
in the current headers shipped in the android-headers package.
Could we get the 4.4 headers packaged? (probably not worth the time to
package 4.3 headers)
